About Millionleaves
Millionleaves is a WordPress agency based in Tauranga, New Zealand. Founded in 2011 by David Parrott, we’ve spent over a decade helping service businesses build effective online presences.
We’re not a big agency with layers of account managers and junior developers. You work directly with David — the same person who’s been doing this for 14+ years and manages 130+ sites.
I’ve been building websites since the late 90s, back when “web design” meant hand-coding HTML and hoping it looked the same in Netscape and Internet Explorer. I started Millionleaves in 2011 because I saw too many small businesses getting burned by the web industry.
Big agencies charge big fees, deliver something generic, then disappear. Freelancers come and go. DIY builders promise the world but leave you with something that doesn’t actually work for your business.
I wanted to offer something different: genuine expertise, fair pricing, and a long-term relationship. Someone who actually answers the phone and fixes problems instead of passing you around.

Our Pay Monthly model exists because we believe every business deserves a professional website, not just those who can afford $10,000 upfront. Spread the cost, own it at the end, and get the same quality you’d get from a premium build.
